This is an online store created by a mom whose child has a Gastric feeding tube in his belly and she came up with an idea of creating ButtonBuddies, which are cloth pads designed to be placed around the gastric feeding tube (G-Tube).
I believe this is a great idea. It saves money on gauzes since the button buddies are washable and you can reuse them as many times as you want. They are very colorful and have beautiful patterns. I think it can help your child feel like he/she has a very special and original belly-button. Also, the fabrics are carefully picked so they absorb leaks from formula and stomach fluids better than medical gauze. They are very affordable $4.99 each .
